1. Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, the End User License Agreement, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you purchase for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Product and license
VaultPilot is licensed, not sold. A standard purchase provides one license for activation on up to three devices, subject to the EULA. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, brand, or other intellectual property.
3. Current platform availability
Only packages expressly marked available on the licensed downloads page are included at the time of purchase. Linux packages are currently published. References to planned Windows or macOS releases are not promises of a release date or guarantees that those packages will become available.
4. Price, taxes, and payment
The displayed checkout price is charged once for the stated license unless checkout clearly says otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected by the payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe. SEBHosting does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
5. Electronic delivery
After confirmed payment, the license key is delivered electronically to the email address associated with checkout. The key unlocks currently published packages on the licensed downloads page. You are responsible for providing a working email address and protecting the license key.
6. Customer prerequisites
You are responsible for a supported system, appropriate storage, source permissions, secure configuration, independent recovery copies, and application-level recovery testing. VaultPilot verifies archive readability; it does not guarantee successful recovery of every application or business process.
7. Refunds
Direct purchases are covered by the 30-day Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. A refunded, reversed, or charged-back license may be deactivated.
8. Support and updates
Reasonable product support is provided through the contact published on the website. Support does not include administration of your systems, recovery of data you did not preserve, custom development, or guaranteed response or resolution times unless separately agreed in writing. Updates, features, and platform support may change.
9. Prohibited purchasing conduct
You may not use false payment information, evade license limits, acquire keys for resale, abuse promotions or refunds, interfere with checkout or licensing systems, or use VaultPilot unlawfully.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultPilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” SEBHosting disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except where a warranty cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEBHosting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill; or the cost of substitute services. Aggregate liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Disputes and applicable law
Contact support first so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution. These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the applicable law of the seller’s principal place of business, without displacing mandatory consumer protections. Claims may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, including an eligible small-claims court.
13. Changes and severability
The terms accepted at checkout govern that purchase. Updated terms apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise or you expressly agree. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
